What You'll Do:
- Manage the fleet of PR, marketing, and influencer vehicles, ensuring every vehicle is clean, functional, and presentation-ready.
- Coordinate media and influencer vehicle loans, scheduling, and logistics with fleet management services.
- Own the fleet budget, including maintenance, insurance, and logistics, tracking spend and identifying cost savings.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience managing a vehicle fleet in an automotive PR, marketing, or commercial environment.
- Proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, and fleet management software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
