Senior Analyst, Part D Spend

Role Responsibilities:

• Own analytics for clinical management programs, tracking KPIs and ROI for pharmacy spend optimization.
• Partner with Data Engineering on architecture and build validated datasets from claims, pharmacy, and vendor sources.
• Evaluate vendor performance and design test frameworks to measure clinical intervention effectiveness.

Performance Expectations:

• First 90 days involve understanding the data landscape and identifying reporting gaps.
• Within 6 months, improve analytics infrastructure and complete an evaluation informing a clinical decision.
• Long-term, become the go-to expert with standardized workflows and measurable contributions to cost and quality.

Qualifications:

• Requires 4-6+ years in healthcare analytics with exposure to Part D/pharmacy data.
• Proficiency in SQL, data QA, and working with clinical datasets and BI tools like Tableau.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
