Responsibilities:
- Shape and optimize the mission-critical Salesforce ecosystem to support the fast-growing enterprise.
- Drive automation to enhance customer and sales operations and ensure the platform scales with business growth.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators on best practices.
Technical Architecture:
- Design and be responsible for the Salesforce architecture roadmap through its lifecycle.
- Work with tools and Salesforce integrations, including CRM, CPQ/CLM solutions, and Datawarehouse technologies.
- Customize the platform using declarative and coded approaches like Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, and APEX.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Develop and execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various systems and ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, SalesOps, and Finance to streamline processes.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert for sales processes and technology improvements.
