About the Role:
- Own the full product experience of Decile Hub and build it into a world-class tool.
- Accountable for how Decile Hub looks, feels, and works.
- Maintain alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Translate user needs, operational realities, and Decile Group's business priorities into a clear, sequenced roadmap.
- Use AI to move faster and think sharper; leverage AI in discovery, synthesis, spec writing, competitive research, and anywhere else it makes you better.
- Raise the bar on design and UX; push for clarity, simplicity, and delight in every flow.
Qualifications:
- 6–10+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping high-quality, complex SaaS products.
- Genuine technical fluency; experience with Rails or comparable web frameworks.
- Exceptional written clarity and deep UX sensibility.
