Job Description

Lead the management of organizational change in transformation projects. This role is key to ensuring the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within client organizations. Responsibilities: Develop effective communication plans to facilitate the transition to change, design and coordinate training programs for different user groups, support users and teams in adopting new tools and processes, monitor and track adoption and effectiveness indicators, and collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
