As a remote First Cook, responsibilities include the proper and timely preparation of meals, encompassing food service and food safety. Supervision of kitchen staff is also a key component of the role. This is a rotational position with a 14 days on/14 days off schedule at a remote camp site. Responsibilities involve coordinating the preparation, production, and timely service of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to approved methods. Ensuring meals are prepared according to client schedules and within budget guidelines is crucial.
