Sr. Manager, Patient Support Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently lead day-to-day operations of assigned patient access and affordability programs.
• Ensure program operations run smoothly and comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead execution of affordability strategies aligned with brand strategic imperatives and financial goals.

Vendor Management:

• Manage assigned vendor relationships, addressing program challenges as the vendor account manager.
• Work closely with vendors to track and meet or exceed all program KPIs.
• Ensure accurate and timely data reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure the pull-through of patient affordability solutions.
• Keep abreast of evolving market dynamics and industry trends for pharmacy and medical benefit products.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
