About the Role:

  • The Vice President of Communications & PR will lead the strategy for how Nightingale College tells its story to the public, its community, and its learners.
  • Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this executive role owns the communications infrastructure as the college scales toward 20,000 learners by 2028.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect a cohesive enterprise communications strategy across PR, corporate communications, and learner/alumni communications.
  • Guide three directors to lead their respective audiences with real ownership and ensure all communications align with the college's purpose and Core 7 framework.
  • Build and maintain a VP-level KPI dashboard to consolidate performance across all functions and report to the CGO.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive communications leadership with experience at the VP or executive level.
  • Master's degree required and proven budget accountability for a communications function in a growth-stage organization.
  • Strong data fluency and executive presence to operate as a peer within the executive leadership team.
