Improve Billing operations to sustainably expand access to care.
Be responsible for all aspects of billing relating to claim denials and resolutions.
Work with Customer Support teams to address provider and client billing questions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dig deep into problems to identify root causes, partnering with Product teams to improve the platform.
Serve as the customer's go-to resource and passionate advocate.
Troubleshoot issues raised via phone and live chat.

Role Details:

Base compensation is $24.04 USD per hour.
This is a remote role with travel 2–3 times per year.
Compensation will vary depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
