Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze data to ensure compliance with The Building Safety Act, maintaining the Golden Thread and Building Safety cases.
- Develop and maintain data systems, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance safety protocols.
- Assist with database development and implement data collection strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
Compliance and Risk:
- Identify potential safety risks and propose preventive actions based on data findings.
- Manage the High-Rise Building tracker and support the development of safety initiatives.
- Provide accurate data to assist with responses to the Building Safety Regulator.
Collaboration and Development:
- Work with different departments to implement safety measures and improvements, providing technical support.
- Assist in developing training materials and train staff on data recording and reporting procedures.
- Actively refresh skills and knowledge of building legislation and the role's evolution.
