What you'll do:
- Write UX copy for therapist and BetterHelp for Business workflows.
- Partner with PMs to translate product requirements.
- Create reusable content patterns.
Communications:
- Own content for transactional emails and announcements related to Therapist and BHB surfaces.
- Help define the message and audience for product communications.
- Use research and data to refine copy and communication strategies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to incorporate their expertise.
- Maintain alignment with marketing and brand guidelines.
- Help teammates improve their copy quality.
