Corporate Technical Accounting Manager

This position will prepare and review annual/quarterly financial statements and footnote disclosures and assist with financial reporting package for internal and/or investor purposes. The person in this role will build out the financial reporting process using Workiva WDesk and complete disclosure checklists to ensure all requirements. You will support the external audit requests throughout the financial statement review process. This position will also work with third party advisors and consultants to discuss complex transactions, valuation, and other services.You will collaborate with other members of the Finance team, Legal, other operational teams, and senior management on external stakeholder financial communications. This role will perform accounting disclosure and technical accounting research, prepare accounting memos, conclude on accounting positions for transactions and new accounting standards, and develop and maintain accounting policies in accordance with GAAP.
