Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by selling Finance & Insurance products and achieving performance targets.
- Conduct virtual F&I transactions, including customer interviews, product presentations, and closing sales.
- Explain F&I products and contracts clearly, overcoming objections to secure deals.
Qualifications:
- Must live in Maryland, New Jersey, or Massachusetts with 3+ years of dealership F&I experience.
- Possess strong communication, customer-facing, and sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, from a remote home office.
Requirements:
- Honda/Acura experience is preferred, and familiarity with Darwin or CDK systems is a plus.
