Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product engineers.
• Product Delivery: Own the technical execution and delivery of key product features, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability.
• Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance and oversight, specifically in modern frontend technologies.

What You'll Bring To The Role:

• 5+ years experience in product engineering, or a related role, with 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers.
• Proven expertise shipping reliable products with high quality user experiences.
• A track record of building inclusive teams, with process decisions informed by bottom-up insight from engineers.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in SaaS or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with compliance (HIPAA) and security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO-27001).
• Familiarity and experience with Python, Django, and VueJS.
