Job Description
The Mobile Developer will design, develop, and maintain Later's existing iOS application written in Swift and Objective-C. They will also proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, as well as ensure successful deployment and updates of apps on app stores. This role involves architecting and integrating new React Native components into the existing Swift/Objective-C codebase, integrating with existing REST APIs, and collaborating with product and design teams to shape new application features. The developer will also establish mobile development best practices and provide technical leadership for mobile technology decisions.
