Job Description
The Marketing Operations Lead is primarily responsible for all event management responsibilities and creative project management support. This includes leading and managing all trade show events, including planning, ordering, on-site support, logistics, and KPIs. In addition, the Marketing Operations Lead will also manage creative projects via WorkFront tool to ensure workload balance in the organization.
Own assigned trade shows and events and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement event marketing strategy. Own creative project management through WorkFront system and assist in workload balancing for the creative team. Perform event management responsibilities, including researching events, pre and post-event marketing, booking and setting up for events, managing registration, overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets, and all other trade show and event logistics. Help track, measure, and report metrics across VytlOne’s event marketing efforts. Report on project volume and critical issues to marketing leadership Maintain the annual calendar of events and marketing request inbox. Own inventory, warehousing, ordering, and printing tasks, processes, and relationships. Lead internal planning and preparation calls. Identify areas for improvement and work with necessary individuals to document and implement changes. Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
