Group Internal Control Manager

The Group Internal Control Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing the internal control function within KBS. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and processes, as well as implementing additional controls to mitigate risks effectively. They will oversee internal control activities, provide recommendations for improvements, and enhance the organization's risk management framework. This position is crucial in ensuring that the organization's internal control framework remains robust, aligned with best practices, and supports sustainable business growth. The role involves internal control and compliance management, risk assessment, business process optimization, leadership and team management, HU Legal Entity Compliance, and Group-Level Internal Control & Compliance.
