Sr Director, Business Development

In this role, reporting to the VP of Design, Process and Technology Engineering, you will develop new strategic alliances with key customers, research and recognize customers' business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities, aligning Flex resources where mutually beneficial. You'll work with the Business Development Team and Finance Department to control budgets, assist current accounts in product development, and act as a focal point in delivering Flex's solutions, including concept development, industrial design, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, and reverse logistics. You will implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce while ensuring comprehension of cultural nuances and diversity representations. You will also represent Flex Ways of Working.
