Job Description
Scale Doinstruct's B2B pipeline engine and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead full-funnel marketing initiatives with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), close collaboration with Sales, and data-fueled experimentation. You’ll shape how to attract and convert high-value customers, using modern AI GTM tools and data intelligence platforms to maximize performance at every stage. Design and execute demand gen campaigns across channels—email, paid search/social, events, and syndication—to grow pipeline.
Lead targeted ABM programs in partnership with Sales and SDRs to engage named accounts and verticals with tailored plays.
Align closely with Sales on ICP, funnel definitions, pipeline metrics, and feedback loops to ensure seamless handoff and attribution.
