What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer pain points into delightful product experiences.
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-to-large scale projects from design to deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers through PR reviews and design discussions, and lead by example in using agentic tools.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering complex features independently.
- Expert-level proficiency in Ruby or .NET/C# and deep understanding of distributed systems.
