Senior Software Engineer

About the Role:

• You will report directly to the Tech Lead and collaborate with the Product Manager to review project specs and prepare integration plans.
• You'll work hands-on with code implementation, PRs, code reviews, and testing, using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Hotwire.
• You'll have time to run experiments and bring new ideas to help scale the product from 50 million to 500 million users.

Your Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer in fast-paced tech scale-ups, with code used by thousands of monthly users.
• You possess strong communication skills, a doer mindset, and a user-centric approach, comfortable working with uncensored models (#NSFW).
• Bonus points for experience in data science, generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps), or globally distributed teams.
