Staff Software Engineer - Showcase Platform (Ruby/Rails)

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Showcase solutions using Ruby on Rails, with a focus on creating technical vision and implementing high-impact roadmap work.
• Build and improve instrumentation, analytics, and monitoring workflows that support product-led growth experiments and help understand usage patterns.
• Partner closely with Product and peer engineering teams to translate roadmap goals into scalable, well-scoped technical work, and lead through influence to drive clarity through ambiguity.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years building complex software products with staff-level scope, including deep expertise in Ruby on Rails (min 5yrs) and relational data models.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, set technical direction, and influence cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, and go-to-market groups.
• Strong coaching mindset with demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and grow team capability.
