Principal Software Engineer, SOC Experience (Ruby/Rails)

What You'll Do:

• Build systems enabling Huntress' human-led SOC to operate at scale across investigative workflows.
• Design agentic investigation capabilities and establish behavioral safety rails for automated actions.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and influence long-term system evolution across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Be the engineering face of the team and trusted technical leader in cross-functional conversations.
• Balance technical rigor with pragmatism, making sound tradeoff decisions and prototyping hard problems.
• Raise team performance through code review, pairing, mentoring, and creating shared understanding.
