Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you'll coach and lead teams on Agile values, practices, and processes so they can achieve their goals and deliver value to their stakeholders. This role will work closely with Product organization in managing project scope and timelines as well as coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and other team ceremonies.
The responsibilities include coaching team members in Agile frameworks, facilitating internal communication, handling backlogs, resolving conflicts, helping teams implement changes, ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards, and guiding teams to higher scrum maturity. You will also maintain and track team metrics, drive a supportive team culture, and adapt to a changing environment.
