New Director, Service Delivery

• Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how bswift can meet them.
• Own a book of business of clients representing approximately $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue (ARR).
• Lead a team of bswifters to support their clients' needs and create/keep raving fans of bswift!

Client Analyst II

• Serve as first level system support for each assigned client.
• Manage daily/weekly/annual incoming and outgoing file processing.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries through research and analysis.

Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

Serve as both a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator, gathering and translating business requirements. Configure and maintain Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules). Assist in defining priorities and shaping the roadmap for Salesforce enhancements.

Senior Accounts Receivables Specialist

• Own the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including monthly billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer aging, DSO, and delinquent accounts, proactively driving collections to meet or exceed cash targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve customer issues and improve billing accuracy.

Specialty Services - Client Analyst I

The Specialty Services Analyst will mainly be responsible helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. Review employee provided documentation for dependent and life event verification and determine if the document meets requirements. Review and respond to employee questions via service center cases.
