This position is for a Sales Executive working in bswift’s direct business, selling our technology and services to large and mid-market employers, which entails proactive prospecting and external relationship management with a wide variety of external constituents, including employers, consultants, insurance brokers, and enrollment firms.
The primary objective of the Client Services Director, Service Delivery position is to work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how bswift can meet them. This role will own a book of business representing approximately $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue and also lead a team to support their clients needs and create/keep raving fans of bswift!
Focusing on executing and delivering payroll type exports file work and direct billing exports integration for Implementation & Ongoing clients. This role will be responsible for assisting in file failures, requirements review, executing configuration, testing and timely delivery of interfaces for new, direct or channel partner clients.
As a Scrum Master, you'll coach and lead teams on Agile values, practices, and processes so they can achieve their goals and deliver value to their stakeholders. This role will work closely with Product organization in managing project scope and timelines as well as coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and other team ceremonies.
