Job Description
The Key Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the key customer strategy across the Sarcoma Franchise. This role includes direct oversight of key customer initiatives, including developing a strategy for tracking brand advocacy, leading advisory board strategy and execution, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, Peer-to-Peer education strategy, and congress channel plans.
This individual will contribute to key aspects of the Sarcoma Franchise brand strategy and tactical execution. The role involves planning and executing key customer insight gathering initiatives, leading peer-to-peer education strategy, and developing a key congress strategy. This position requires proactive collaboration with various internal stakeholder groups and regular interface with senior leadership. Role involves business travel approximately 30% of time
