Job Description
The Technical Programs Project Manager will direct the development and coordination of internal and external projects with the support of the Technical Programs Team. They will support and manage coordination between internal team and external clients to ensure capacity is dedicated to critical projects, priorities are aligned, and all project timelines and deliverables are met. They will maintain meticulous records of projects, properties, and needs across clients and programs β including issues, risks, decisions, and schedules.
As a key client point of contact, they will engage directly with clients to ensure they achieve compliance with digital security and that their IT needs are met. They will develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with clients. They will assist with new client onboarding and ensure Personified delivers on major projects identified at the start of the client engagement.
The Project Manager will use communication, planning, prioritization, and tracking skills to manage internal projects, support the Technical Programs team with administrative tasks, collaborate with other teams to create and update documentation, and serve as a trusted partner and team player at Personified.
