Responsibilities:
- Participate in root cause analysis of system incidents.
- Respond to and resolve tickets in the operations support queue.
- Use tools such as AWS CloudFormation and GitLab to maintain AWS infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions using core AWS services.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with incident management and resolving high-priority incidents.
- Ability to produce concise and clear technical documentation.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and code generation.
