As a Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will orchestrate all workstreams included in the execution of Spark events, including sponsorship deliverables, speaker and content coordination, hosted dinner logistics and virtual experiences. You will own both the creation and execution of unique sales plays and offers to drive pipeline, including event activations, incentive/direct mail campaigns, executive offers and other high-impact programs. You will research and recommend valuable conferences and events for Spark to attend or host and manage the contracting, budgeting, and negotiation process.
You will also coordinate all deliverables needed for events, including booth set up, swag purchases, travel logistics, attendance enablement, etc. You will enable Sales on Marketing programs, focusing on event or sales play promotion and activation, as well as ensuring prompt follow-up with attendees. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholder teams, including SGMs, AEs, AMs, Sales Leadership, Marketing, & Executives Utilize a data-driven approach to ensure leads are converting to pipeline and aggregate stakeholder feedback and determine what can be improved moving forward.
