Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic leader to define and scale Deel’s presence with start-ups and early-stage companies. As the Start-up Segment Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building a segment-specific go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll own everything from messaging and campaign strategy to lifecycle and partner alignment. You’ll work across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, and Customer Success to deeply understand the early-stage buyer, shape how we show up to them, and scale Deel’s value in the global start-up ecosystem.
