Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical lifecycle of solid rocket propulsion programs, managing multidisciplinary teams and systems engineering processes.
• Ensure final system is producible, compliant, and balanced against cost and schedule constraints.
• Serve as primary technical spokesperson, managing stakeholder relationships and presenting data-driven alternatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering with 15 years of experience and 5+ years technical leadership in solid rocket motors.
• Ability to direct technical lifecycle, lead design reviews, and drive schedule performance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four years of experience leading solid rocket propulsion system projects with teams of 10+.
• Current DoD Secret Security clearance.
