Senior Technical Recruiter - Infrastructure & Security (Contract)

As a Recruiter, you will help drive TRM's ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent at TRM. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition. Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams. Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint. Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team. Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring. 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups. Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
