Team Lead React Native Engineer (f/m/x)

Leadership and Team Growth:

• Lead and grow the React Native team, setting clear expectations and providing actionable feedback.
• Support individual development through code reviews and pairing.
• Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Technical Ownership:

• Own mobile domains end-to-end, including architecture, development, QA, shipping, and monitoring.
• Drive technical direction and architecture discussions, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance.
• Continuously improve app quality through performance tuning and engineering best practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver business value.
• Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of strong mobile engineers.
• Collaborate to deliver great user value.
