Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Fitness Network Development Specialist to help grow our network of fitness partners. In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard new fitness locations that align with our brand and membership needs. Youโll play a key part in expanding access to high-quality fitness options for our members while supporting the success of local businesses. Key Responsibilities include identifying new fitness locations, prospecting and recruiting new partners, conducting outreach, presenting benefits, tailoring solutions, and guiding new partners through onboarding. Qualifications include 2โ5 years of experience in partner development, business development, or sales (ideally within the fitness industry), a bachelorโs degree, familiarity with fitness operations, strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
