The Virtual Records Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all company records, both physical and digital. The primary goal will be to maintain an accurate and organized record system, allowing our company to operate smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a comprehensive filing system, organizing and labeling physical records, scanning and digitizing paper records, reviewing and updating records for accuracy and compliance, managing storage and disposal of confidential records, and responding to record requests. This is a virtual position that requires a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. The role involves working closely with team members and attending virtual meetings and training sessions as necessary.
