Product Engineer, Internal Tools - LATAM

What You'll Do:

• Lead internal product development by partnering with teams across Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to uncover operational bottlenecks and design intuitive, high-leverage tools.
• Own and scale the internal tool ecosystem (Scout) across the full stack, weaving together React frontends, NestJS backends, and complex data integrations.
• Accelerate delivery through AI by integrating agents into your daily workflow to write, review, and ship production code at an elite pace.

What We're Looking For:

• You are an AI-native developer with deep experience using tools like Claude Code and Cursor, able to output 10x the impact of a traditional engineer.
• You are highly product-oriented, deeply empathetic to internal users, and measure your success by the time you save others.
• You are hungry and autonomous, don't wait for perfectly scoped tickets, and think in systems from UI to data.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React SPA (Vite), TypeScript, Tailwind, React Router, Apollo Client, Vitest + RTL, Playwright.
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, GraphQL (code-first resolvers), PostgreSQL via Sequelize, Bull/Redis for background jobs.
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes via ArgoCD, Flyway for migrations, LaunchDarkly for flags, Datadog for logs/APM/RUM.
