Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Company:

• They are an established, profitable US-based B2B SaaS company behind a decade-old sales-engagement platform for cold email and outreach automation.
• The team is small and lean, and this is the most important engineering hire on the product.

About the Role:

• You will be a hands-on engineer who owns the platform day to day, end to end: backend services, frontend, AWS infrastructure, production debugging, and third-party integrations.
• Success in the first six months includes learning the stack fast, automating manual work, and then building what's next.

What You'll Own:

• Own the codebase end to end as the primary engineer: ship features, fix issues, keep production healthy.
• Get the stack quiet by automating the manual processes that still eat time today.
• Root-cause and resolve production incidents in live systems with paying customers.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years senior full-stack experience, comfortable being the primary engineer who owns the product end to end.
• Strong TypeScript, Node, Angular, and AWS operations as daily work.
• Deep daily use of AI coding tools, including building your own agent workflows.
