About the Role:
- Build the core software platform, backend infrastructure, and agent tooling for Stratusphere.
- Work closely with customer success and human-in-the-loop teams to rapidly test and implement solutions.
- Drive autonomy in the system by solving problems from cost inefficiency discovery to execution planning.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI agents for rapid development while maintaining engineering judgment and quality.
- Improve agentic architecture, tooling, and prompts to reduce errors and increase safety.
- Own work end-to-end with strong communication, hitting deadlines and escalating early.
Required Experience:
- Multi-language proficiency with deep expertise in TypeScript, plus frontend experience in NextJS/React.
- Experience with AWS, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and database technologies (Postgres, DynamoDB, Athena).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset, with a habit of using AI tools daily.
