Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Technical Leadership & Execution:

• The Sr Software Engineer writes production-quality, high-performance Typescript/React code and C#/.NET Core API services.
• They modify database objects using SQL and PL/SQL and work with cloud storage tools like Snowflake and Metabase.

Engineering Excellence:

• They write automated unit and integration tests to increase code quality and lower defect rates.
• They drive improvements in engineering practices, standards, and methodologies, and refactor existing code for maintainability.

Collaboration & Influence:

• They collaborate and pair with other engineers and product professionals to design, implement, and test new features.
• They work closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure market needs are met.

AI Usage & Engineering Efficiency:

• They utilize Agentic AI in day-to-day development and author MCP servers to assist in the software development process.
• They leverage AI-assisted tools for code generation, testing support, and documentation automation to increase productivity.
