Job Description

Lead market research, product launches in new countries, the development of local teams, and the achievement of key business metrics. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, working closely with the founders, marketing, product, and supply teams. The key objectives are to reach 1,000 new clients per month outside Ukraine by December 2025, with an LTV:CAC ratio of at least 1.5, reduce CAC by 30% and increase LTV by 50% compared to baseline metrics from June 2025, and build a repeatable framework for evaluating and launching new markets and launch at least one additional market by Q1 2026. You will also hire and develop a launch team.
