Sr/Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Consumer Apps

About the Role:

• As a Senior/Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will build and maintain the infrastructure that powers all of our systems.
• You will hunt down manual toil and automate it away, using best-in-class tooling including AI agents.
• You will work closely with nearly every engineering team to keep systems running at peak efficiency and prepare for scale.

A typical week might look like:

• Use AI agents as a force multiplier to create, improve, and maintain internal tools and harnesses.
• Write Terraform modules, develop Helm charts, and define metrics, network policies, and routing rules for Istio.
• Monitor GCP databases, pipe metrics to Prometheus, build Grafana dashboards, and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, SQL databases, stream/pub-sub technologies, serverless, and Terraform.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with SOC2 and PCI compliance processes.
