Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Technical Product Owner for the System Team and Platform Team, managing backlogs with a focus on infrastructure, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and system-level enablers.
- Work closely with System Architects, RTEs, and other Product Owners to align backlog priorities with the ATIS Architectural Runway and technical roadmap.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, ensuring stories are well-defined and technically sound.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) and SAFe DevOps Practitioner, with 5+ years supporting DoD and 2+ years supporting ATIS Architecture.
- Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and security requirements.
Travel and Considerations:
- Occasional travel is required for events like quarterly PI Planning, technical syncs, and major delivery milestones.
- The role promotes a culture of technical excellence and proactive risk management across teams, providing leadership for functional SMEs and engineers.
