DevSecOps Engineer (Journeyman)

Responsibilities:

• Supports development, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines that integrate security, testing, and compliance controls.
• Assists with automation of build, deployment, and configuration processes to improve reliability, repeatability, and deployment efficiency.
• Supports integration of security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance checks into DevSecOps workflows in coordination with cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• This role requires a demonstration of capability within the Cyberspace IT workforce.
• Successful applicants must satisfy Foundational Qualification standards via an approved industry certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience supporting large-scale government IT modernization programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
