Associate Producer, Global Events

The Associate Producer is responsible for planning, production, and execution of high-impact brand experiences. They will support day-to-day production and execution across multiple client programs and manage timelines, deliverables, and production schedules. The Associate Producer will also coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of event materials; support onsite execution; track purchase orders; assist with research and development; translate tech to action; and support new business efforts. They will collaborate closely with producers, directors, and clients.
