Job Description
Transform customer lifecycle data into actionable insights that drive marketing success. You'll own the lifecycle and marketing analytics domain, working closely with lifecycle managers to build dashboards, analyze campaigns, and measure program effectiveness. You will handle both reactive tasks and proactively prioritize work in collaboration with your manager, building pipelines and dashboards for campaign analysis and customer lifecycle tracking.
You will also own data models in DBT with performance in mind, implementing performance recommendations from team members and using advanced DBT features with guidance for lifecycle analytics. Produce polished dashboards with well-organized flow of information that tell clear stories about campaign performance and customer lifecycle metrics. You will also contribute to program measurement using global control groups. You will ensure new dashboards and analyses are always shared in relevant Slack channels, highlighting key insights about lifecycle campaigns and customer trends.
