Your Mission:
- Your primary responsibility is servicing a global remote workforce across various hardware and software applications.
- You will manage IT support while contributing to team improvement efforts to resolve issues faster and prevent problems.
What You'll Do:

- Manage user access, enforce compliance policies, and contribute to knowledge base articles and automation projects.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of technical support or customer service experience with knowledge of PC support, networking, and OS systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, provide remote support, and experience with tools like MDM, Office365, or Jira is ideal.
- Kindness, empathy, and an understanding of responsible AI usage for privacy and security are key attributes for this role.
