Job Description
Lead a team of product partner and payment partner relationship managers and be the driving force behind building Mercury’s network of partner relationships. You will sell the impact and value of being a partner to Mercury, while negotiating the best returns/outcomes for Mercury. Work closely with Legal and Finance to negotiate new contracts with our partners and help manage revenue. Manage new partner selection and ecosystem expansion and unblock internal teams wherever possible. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant banking/fintech experience and 3+ years of management experience. Moreover, they should be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and a highly organized project manager.
