About the Role:
- Backend-focused role designing and operating authentication, authorization, login, and account management services.
- Build secure, reliable identity systems that operate at scale and protect sensitive customer information.
What You'll Do:
- Own engineering projects end to end, from problem definition and technical design through implementation, testing, and production delivery.
- Work closely with Product, Information Security, Application Security, and other engineering teams to influence product direction.
- Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while validating code quality, correctness, and security.
Who You Are:
- Experienced software engineer with at least 4 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
- Preferred familiarity with identity standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML, plus experience in medium-to-large engineering organizations.
