Job Description
In this newly created SVP role you will lead enterprise data governance, corporate systems, and IT operations. Building the infrastructure to scale the business, enable AI readiness, and strengthen cross-functional execution. You will be accountable for the ongoing delivery of critical business intelligence to drive enterprise decision making.
You will co-chair with Engineering to establish a company-wide data governance framework. You will build and own an enterprise-wide BI strategy that delivers trusted, real-time dashboards to leadership. You will oversee CRM, billing, RevOps systems, and internal tools, ensuring scalability. Also you will manage help desk, devices, and enterprise systems to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient internal operations.
