Director, Engineering - Data & Insights

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple software engineering teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to engineering managers and senior engineers, helping them grow as leaders.
• Lead efforts to recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent to build high-performing, diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in software development within SaaS industry.
• AWS data services experience, strong SQL skills at scale with columnar/analytical query engines.
• Data warehouse design and ETL/ELT pipeline architecture experience.
